Orders Made Easy (OME) is a bespoke system designed to simplify the processing and fulfillment of orders.
OME integrates with websites and online marketplaces such as notonthehighstreet.com to pull through key order data. OME then processes and exports that data into numerous formats including print ready files, calendar entries and product literature i.e. all elements needed to fulfill the order.
Once each order is approved and marked as 'dispatched' in OME, the relevant marketplace's CMS is updated accordingly, avoiding the time consuming part of managing each CMS and individual orders within them. OME also enables multiple files to be printed at once (e.g. dispatch notes, product labels etc.) which simplifies the organisation of order documentation and associated files.
In summary, OME takes on the time consuming part of order management, processing and fulfillment, leaving you to focus on the all important task of growing your business!
